Egypt, Nigeria and Oman
This work grew out of the telecom networks we have built and operated since 1998.
Nigeria: Rapidlink Telekoms
Our affiliate Rapidlink Telekoms holds NCC licences for Interconnect Exchange and International Data Access (IDA). It is connected to all mobile network operators in Nigeria and to international wholesale carriers, and carries local and international VoIP wholesale traffic. Operators get one connection to many networks, with billing, reconciliation and settlement handled in one place.
Egypt: ChatLink
ChatLink Telecommunication Service, based in Cairo, is Rapidlink's international SMS partner. It adds business messaging to the voice and data routes that Rapidlink already carries.
Oman: physical network for 180 fuel stations
With a telecom operator in Oman, Access Global is establishing the physical network for 180 fuel stations and training their teams for operations. The programme is in a pilot phase and has not started yet. It sits alongside our work in Nigeria and Egypt as multi-site infrastructure, not as a live connectivity service.
Common ground
- Many endpoints, one connection. Mobile operators in Nigeria, messaging routes through Egypt, and a planned multi-site network in Oman.
- Clear accounting and monitoring. Billing, reconciliation and settlement for carriers; central monitoring for enterprise sites.
- Experience of running networks. E-vision, WorldCall and DHA Teleman taught us how to keep large networks working after handover.
